Happy Art Studio, established in September 2024, is privately owned and operated by Billie Halaburt.  We offer art programs and classes for children ages 1 to 14.  Our clubs are available all day to meet the needs of our community.  Our mission is to introduce art mediums, techniques, and projects that allow students to explore and grow their own creativity.​We also offer summer and winter art camps as well as family fun pop up events!​
